Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

We may be unable to change an address after your order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows an unusual tracking status, please contact our customer service team.

We will assist you in contacting the applicable shipping carrier when necessary.

We currently offer standard shipping only.

Expedited shipping options are not currently available.
